Leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan will call a meeting for the opposition political parties, organizations and civic movements on 20 January 2015 to discuss the heavy political and economic situation in the country.

On December 19, INECOBANK received the first US$5mn tranche under the US$10mn loan agreement with EBRD. The bank is expected to finance renewable energy sector and small and medium-sized enterprises (SME).
