From now on Rostelecom's clients will be able to pay for the company's services online at tandem.am.

The Public Services Regulatory Commission of Armenia ruled on Wednesday that the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) should pay a fine of 15mln AMD for having broken some of the Commission's rules, particularly, for having failed to meet its contractual obligations to Mikmetal, a company building a multifunction building in the center of Yerevan.
