 Թուրքիայի տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների
ընտրությունների արդյունքները կեղծվել են: Մարտի 31-ին մամուլի ասուլիսում այդպիսի
կարծիք է հայտնել թուրքագետ Արտակ Շաքարյանը:


 


Նրա ասելով, այդ ընտրությունները կենաց-մահու խնդիր էին
Թուրքիայի վարչապետ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի համար` կոռուպցիոն սկանդալից հետո, որը
երկրում ծագել էր նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերին և արդրադարձել էր վարչապետի հանդեպ
հասարակության վստահության վրա, ում անհրաժեշտ էր վերականգնել իր հեղինակությունը`
առաջիկա նախագահական ընտրությունների համար հող նախապատրաստելու համար:


 


«Խաբեության ճանապարհով կուսակցությունն ստացել է
ձայների 47 տոկոսը: Մենք հիշում ենք Էրդողանի հայտարարությունն այն մասին, որ եթե
ինքը հավաքի ձայների 40 տոկոսից պակաս, ապա կհեռանա քաղաքկաանությունից. նա
հրաշալի հասկանում էր, որ եթե կուսակցությունը պարտվի տեղական ինքնառավարման
մարմինների ընտրություններում, ապա նախագահական ընտրություններում հաղթելու
շանսերն աննշան կլինեն», - նշել է թուրքագետը:


 


Շաքարյանը նշել է, որ մարտի 30-ին տեղական
ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություննյրի լուսաբանումը չափազանց բարդ էր
թուրքական ընդդիմադիր   ԶԼՄ-ների համար,
ավելին, ընտրական տեղամասերը փակվելուց հետո, երբ սկսել էր քվեաթերթիկների
հաշվարը, 35 գավառներ հոսանքազրկվել էին:


 


Թուրքագետի կարծիքով, ընտրական գործընթացներում կարևոր
դեր են խաղացել նաև սիրիացի փախստականները, որոնց ավտոբուսներով բերել են ընտրական
տեղամասեր, որպեսզի իրենց ձայները տան Էրդողանի կուսակցությանը:


 


Նախօրեին Թուրքիայում անցկացված տեղական ինքնակառավարման
մարմինների ընտրություններից հետո վարչապետ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հայտարարել է իր
գլխավորած «Արդարություն և բարգավաճում» կուսակցության հաղթանակի մասին` չսպասելով
ընտրական հանձնաժողովի կողմից պաշտոնական տվյալների հրապարակմանը, և իր թշնամիներին
սպառնացել է հաշավեհարդարով: Էրդողանի կուսակցությանը հաջողվել է հաղթել
ընտրություններում` չնայած կոռուպցիոն սկանդալին և Twitter-ի և YouTube-ի
շրջափակմանը:


 



Մինչդեռ
ձայների հաշվարկը դեռ ավարտված չէ: Վերջին տվյալների համաձայն, առայժմ մշակվել է
քվեաթերթիկների շուրջ 85 տոկոսը: Էրդողանի կուսակցությունն առաջատար է` հավաքելով
ձայների 45 տոկոսից քիչ ավելի: Ընտրություններում նրա կուսակցության հիմնական
մրցակիցը` Ժողովրդահանրապետական կուսակցությունը, հավաքել է առայժմ ձայների 29
տոկոսը: Փորձագետները նշում են, որ մնացած 15 տոկոսը վճռական ազեցություն չի
ունենա քվեարկության ելքի վրա:
