If the authorities of Armenia offer to form the government of the 4 forces and the ruling party, in that case, Armenian National Congress will not become a part of this government, secretary of the Armenian National Congress parliamentary faction, Aram Manukyan, said at today's briefing in the parliament.
He also added that although at present Serzh Sargsyan is in a rather difficult situation, he will hardly like such a scenario.
The oppositionist is confident that the time will come when many members of the RPA will abandon fulfilling the president's orders, as the presidential power will weaken. At the same time, he thinks that implementation of the Ukrainian scenario is hardly possible in Armenia. "The current situation in Armenia is difficult for the authorities. Sooner or later the people will go to the street with a demand of fundamental changes. Just the policy conducted by Serzh Sasgsyan has resulted in unification of the 4 non-coalition parliamentary factions", - Manukyan said.
