ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը մշակել է հատուկ
ֆակտորինգային պրոդուկտ իր ռազմավարական գործընկեր «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի»
ընկերության հաճախորդների պահանջների վերլուծության հիման վրա, ինչը արտաքին
առևտրային գործունեությամբ զբաղվող ընկերությունների համար հեշտացնում է
«Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ կողմից կատարվող միջազգային բեռնափոխադրումները: Այս
մասին
ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալությանը
տեղեկացվել է ՀԿԵ մամուլի ծառայությունից, ճշգրտելով, որ բանկի այս պրոդուկտը կթեթևացնի ՀԿԵ ընկերության կողմից իրականացվող միջազգային բեռնափոխադրումների հետ կապված գործընթացները:


 


Աղբյուրի համաձայն, այս պրոդուկտի շրջանակում «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ հաճախորդների համար բացվել է ֆակտորինգային սահմանաչափ, որի շրջանակում ֆինանսավորվել են հայկական ընկերություններից մեկի երկաթուղով բեռների միջազգային փոխադրման, ինչպես նաև ընկերության կողմից մատուցվող հարակից տրանսպորտային ծախսերը: Նորարարական պրոդուկտի միջոցով «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ընկերությունը ստանում է հնարավորություն տրամադրել իր ծառայությունները տեղական ընկերություններին ավելի մատչելի պայմաններով` տրանսպորտային ծառայությունների դիմաց վճարումները հետաձգելու պայմանով:


 


«ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ 2013թ. արդյունքներով հայաստանյան բանկային շուկայի առաջատարն է զիջված դրամական պահանջի ծավալով, ինչպես նաև միջազգային ֆակտորինգային գործարքների ծավալով, և շարունակում է ընդլայնել իր ֆակտորինգային ծառայությունների շրջանակը: 2013թ. ընթացքում ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը ՎՏԲ խմբի անդամ ՎՏԲ Ֆակտորինգի (Ռուսաստան) հետ համատեղ կատարեց առաջին միջազգային ֆակտորինգային գործարքը Հայաստանի ու Ռուսաստանի միջև ՎՏԲ խմբի շրջանակներում:


 


«Մեր ռազմավարական գործընկեր «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ընկերության ծառայությունների համատեղ աջակցությունը հայկական տրանսպորտային շուկայում վկայում է մեր գործընկերային հարաբերությունների ընդլայնվող ֆորմատի մասին: Ավելին, երկաթուղային փոխադրումների հասանելիությունը հայկական խոշոր ընկերությունների համար միջազգային շուկա դուրս գալու կարևոր հիմքերից է»,-ասել է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր տնօրեն-Տնօրինության նախագահ Յու. Գուսև:


 


«Ֆակտորինգի ծառայության ներդրումը տրանսպորտային ծառայությունների մատուցման որակի և մեր հաճախորդների սպասարկման մակարդակի բարձրացման, հայրենական արտադրության ապրանքների` միջազգային շուկա  արտահանման խթանման, հայաստանյան տնտեսության աջակցման`   «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղու» կողմից որդեգրած հետևողական քաղաքականության հերթական կոմպոնենտն է: Այսպիսով, մենք ոչ միայն գնում ենք ընդառաջ մեր հաճախորդներին, այլ նաև կատարում ենք ևս մեկ քայլ առաջ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի հետ մեր համագործակցությունը խորացնելու ուղղությամբ»,-նշել է «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ գլխավոր տնօրեն Վիկտոր Ռեբեցը:


 


Նշենք, որ «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ 2012թ.-ից
ներկայանում է տրանսպորտի շուկայում նոր որակով, տրամադրելով
տրանսպորտային-հետազոտական ծառայություններ` առաջնորդվելով «մեկ պատուհան»
սկզբունքով: Ծառայությունների ոլորտում են ԱՊՀ երկրներ և երկրներից Հայաստան
«դռնից դուռ» փոխադրումների կազմակերպում, բեռների ապահովագրում և նաև նոր
պրոդուկտ` վճարման հետաձգման ֆինանսավորում (ֆակտորինգ):«ՀԿԵ» ՓԲԸ-ն հանդիսանում է
«Ռուսական երկաթուղիներ» ԲԲԸ-ի 100% դուստր ընկերություն և իրականացնում է
«Հայկական երկաթուղիներ» ՓԲԸ-ի կոնցեսիոն կառավարումը: Համաձայն 2008 թ. փետրվարի
13-ին Երևանում կնքված պայմանագրի՝ կոնցեսիոն կառավարման ժամկետը կազմում է 30
տարի, կողմերի փոխադարձ համաձայնությամբ ևս 10 տարի երկարացման իրավունքով:


 



Ըստ ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալության`
Հայաստանի բանկերի ֆինանսական վերլուծության տվյալների, 2013 թվականի
արդյունքներով ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը գտնվում է Հայստանի առաջատար բանկերի եռյակում,
ընդ որում, ինչպես վարկային ընդհանուր ներդրումներով, այնպես էլ կորպորատիվ
վարկավորումով: Բանկն առաջատար դիրքեր է զբաղեցնում նաև այլ հիմնական հաշվեկշռային
ցուցանիշներով: «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ ՎՏԲ միջազգային ֆինանսական խմբի մասնակից է դարձել 2004թ. ապրիլին: «ՎՏԲ Բանկ» ԲԲԸ հանդիսանում է «ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկ» ՓԲԸ 100% բաժնետոմսերի փաթեթի միանձնյա բաժնետերը: Բանկը հիմնական ցուցանիշների մի ամբողջ շարքով մշտապես ներառվում է ՀՀ բանկային համակարգի առաջատարների թվի մեջ: Ներկա դրությամբ բանկն ունի ամենալայն մասնաճյուղային ցանցը ողջ երկրում` 67 մասնաճյուղ: -
