ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը և Visa ընկերությունն ամփոփում են «Օլիմպիական արշավ Սոչի 2014» ակցիայի արդյունքները

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը և Visa ընկերությունն ամփոփում են «Օլիմպիական արշավ Սոչի 2014»
ակցիայի արդյունքները, որն ուղղված էր Visa քարտերով անկանխիկ վճարումների ծավալի աճին և Visa ժամանակակից վճարային քարտերի գործառնության մասին Հայաստանի սպառողների իրազեկման բարձրացմանը:


 


Ինչպես ԱրմԻնֆո
գործակալությանը տեղեկացվել է Բանկի մամուլի ծառայությունից, ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Visa քարտապանների համար նախատեսված ակցիան գործում էր 2013թ. հոկտեմբերի 1-ից մինչև նոյեմբերի 30-ը: Ակցիային կարող էին մասնակցել ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի բոլոր Visa քարտապանները, որի համար պարզապես անհրաժեշտ էր ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի քարտով ցանկացած գումարի գնումներ կատարել Հայաստանի և նրա սահմաններից դուրս գործող ցանկացած առևտրի կամ սպասարկման կետերում, ինքնասպասարկման տերմինալներում, ինչպես նաև համացանցում: ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Visa քարտով արված յուրաքանչյուր գնման դիմաց քարտապանները ստանում էին բոնուսային միավորներ գնման գումարից և դառնում ակցիայի մասնակից. ապրանքի և ծառայությունների դիմաց Visa քարտով վճարած ամեն 1000 դրամի դիմաց քարտապանը ստանում էր բոնուսային միավորներ, որոնք հաշվեգրվում են քարտապանի հաշվին` 1 բոնուսային միավոր ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի ցանցից դուրս ամեն 1000 դրամի դիմաց և 2000 դրամ` ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի ցանցի ներսում, մեկ գործարքի դիմաց ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Visa քարտապանը կարող էր կուտակել 50 բոնուսային միավորից ոչ ավել, միավորները կուտակվում են ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Visa քարտերով ապրանքի և ծառայությունների դիմաց արված բոլոր վճարումներից, բացառությամբ բանկոմատների միջոցով կատարված կոմունալ և այլ ծառայությունների վճարումների:


 


Ակցիայի ընթացքում ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի առավելագույն բոնուսային միավորներ վաստակած Visa քարտապանների միջև խաղարկվեցին 101 արժեքավոր մրցանակներ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի և Visa ընկերության կողմից: Մրցանակների թվում էին կենցաղային տեխնիկայի գնման 50 հավաստագրեր և ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկում արտոնյալ պայմաններով բանկային պրոդուկտների ձևակերպման 50 հավաստագրեր` -1% վարկի և +1%` ավանդի համար: Գլխավոր մրցանակն էր Սոչի 2014 Ձմեռային օլիմպիական խաղերի ուղեգիր երկու անձի համար: Ակցիայի խաղարկության արդյունքում գլխավոր մրցանակակիր ճանաչվեց ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի հաճախորդ Արմեն Գրիգորյանը:


 


Աղբյուրը նշում է, որ ակցիայի գործելու 2 ամիսների ընթացքում (2013թ.հոկտեմբերի 1-ից մինչև նոյեմբերի 30-ը) ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Visa քարտերով անկանխիկ գործարքների քանակն ավելացել է 50%-ով, այդ թվում` առավել քան կրկնապատկվել է շրջանառությունը Visa քարտերով նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ: Ակցիայի շրջանակներում ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Visa քարտերով կատարված գործարքների միջին քանակը կազմել է օրական 8000:


 


Նշենք, որ Visa-ն Օլիմպիական խաղերի պաշտոնական հովանավորն է 27 տարի շարունակ` սկսած 1986թ., և ունի Միջազգային օլիմպիական շարժման «վճարային համակարգեր» դասի բացառիկ գործընկերոջ կարգավիճակ:
Visa-ն միակ վճարային քարտն է, որով հնարավոր է ապրանքի և ծառայությունների դիմաց վճարումներ կատարել Օլիմպիական խաղերի անցկացման ողջ տարածքում:
Visa-ի այս կարգավիճակը վավեր է 2014թ. Սոչիի Ձմեռային օլիմպիական խաղերի, 2016թ.
Ռիո դե Ժանեյրոյի Ամառային օլիմպիական խաղերի, 2018թ. Ձմեռային և 2020թ. Ամառային
օլիմպիադաների ընթացքում: 


 


«Visa
ընկերության հետ միասին անցկացված «Օլիմպիական արշավ Սոչի 2014» ակցիայի
շնորհիվ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի հաճախորդները կարող են զգալ իրենց Օլիմպիական շարժման
մասնակից և երկրպագել մարզիկներին Օլիմպիադայի տրիբունաներից: Այս տարի արդեն
երկրորդ համատեղ ակցիան խթանում էր բանկի կողմից թողարկված Visa քարտերի առավել հաճախ օգտագործումը բոլոր տեսակի
վճարումներ կատարելիս. դրանց
ծավալն աճել է ավելի քան երկու անգամ: Հաճելի է գիտակցել, որ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը
մասնակից է Հայաստանում պլաստիկ քարտերի աճող ճանաչելիությանը»,-նշել է ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի Գլխավոր
տնօրեն-Տնօրինության նախագահ Յու. Գուսևը, պատասխանելով ԱրմԻնֆո-ի թղթակցի հարցին: 


 


Պատասխանելով ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալության`Հայաստանի պլաստիկ քարտերի շուկայի գնահատման վերաբերյալ հարցին, Visa-ի տարածաշրջանային մենեջեր Իրինա Կամխաձեն պատասխանել է. «Դինամիկան գնահատում եմ որպես կայուն, եթե խոսքը գնում է ընդհանուր շրջանառության մեջ անկանխիկ գործարքների մասին, ապա այն մոտ մեկ տարի է, ինչի գտնվում է 10%-ի սահմաններում: Սա բավականին բարձր ցուցանիշ է, եթե համեմատենք, օրինակ, ԱՊՀ մյուս երկրների հետ: մեր հիմնական նպատակը անկանխիկ գործարքների ծավալների ավելացումն է, ինչին էլ ուղղված են նմանանատիպ ակցիաները: Այսպես, մենք արդեն անց ենց կացրել երկու համատեղ քարտային ծրագրեր` «Ամառը ՎՏԲ հետ» և «Ձմեռը ՎՏԲ հետ», որոնց նպատակը, Օլիմպիական ակցիայի հետ միասին, Հայաստանում անկանմխիկ գործարքների խթանումնե է»,-ասել է նա:

Նշենք նաև, որ Visa-ն գլոբալ վճարային համակարգ է, որը աշխարհի ավելի քան 200 երկրների քարտապաններին, առևտրի և սպասարկման ձեռնարկություններին, ֆինանսական և կառավարական հաստատություններին հնարավորություն է տալիս արագ, ապահով և հուսալի կերպով օգտվել էլեկտրոնային վճարումների ցանցից: Էլեկտրոնային վճարումները իրականացվում են VisaNet գլոբալ ինովացիոն պրոցեսինգային համակարգի միջոցով, որը կարող է իրականացնել ավելի քան 30 000 գործարք վայրկյանում` զերծ պահելով սպառողներին խաբեություններից: Visa-ն բանկ չէ, չի թողարկում վճարային քարտեր, չի սահմանում սակագներ և տոկոսադրույքներ սպառողների համար, ինչպես նաև չի տրամադրում վարկեր քարտապաններին: Իր հերթին Visa-ի ինովացիոն լուծումները թույլ են տալիս ֆինանսական կազմակերպություններին առաջարկել իրենց հաճախորդներին ֆինանսական գործիքների լայն ընտրանի, այդ թվում` դեբետային, կանխավճարային և վարկային քարտային պրոդուկտներ:
