The Government's refusal to resign may stir mass protests, MP from Prosperous Armenia Party Vahan Babayan told journalists on Friday.
He urged the ruling Republican Party not to use its "button pushers" and not to torpedo the initiative of Prosperous Armenia and three more opposition forces. "Unless our demand is satisfied and the government is gradually changed, we will take more radical measures. We seek peaceful change of government and we want a real change. Replacing one Republican Prime Minister with another one will give nothing. What we want is a government of national accord" Babayan said.
On Apr 28 the parliamentary groups of Prosperous Armenia, the Armenian National Congress, Heritage and ARFD are going to initiate a vote of no confidence in the Government.
