Ավիատոմսերի
գների իջնելն ուղղակիորեն կապված է Air Armenia ընկերության թռիչքների, այլ ոչ թե Հայաստանի ղեկավարության կողմից «բաց երկրնքի»
քաղաքականություն հայտարարելու հետ: Այս մասին ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալության թղթակցին հաղորդել է Air Armenia
ընկերութան տնօրեն Արսեն Ավետիսյանը, մեկնաբանելով Հայաստանի Ազգային
մրցունակության Հիմնադրամի գործադիր տնօրեն Արման Խաչատրյանի վերջերս արված
հայտարարությունը:


 


Նշենք, որ դեկտեմբերի 10-ի մամուլի ասուլիսում
Խաչատրյանը նշել էր, որ ավիատոմսերի գներն իջել են Հայաստանում գործող
ավիաընկերություններից անկախ: «Պետք չէ իրեն վերագրել մեր գործունեության արդյունքները»,-ասել
է Ավետիսյանը: «Ավիատոմսերի գները Հայաստանում սկսեցին իջնել, երբ Air Armenia-ն
հայտարարեց թռիչքներ իրականացնելու իր մտադրության մասին: Այն բանից հետո, երբ Air
Armenia սկսեց տոմսերի վաճառքը`Երևան-Մոսկվա-Երևան ուղղությամբ, ռուսական Աէրոֆլոտ
և S7 ընկերություններն իսկոյն իջեցրին գները 40%-ով: Աննախադեպ ցածր գներ
ձևավորվեցին նաև դեպ Դոնի Ռոստով, Կրասնոդար և Սոչի ուղղություններով, և կրկին այն
բանից հետո, երբ Air Armenia-ն սկսեց տոմսեր վաճառել այդ ուղղություններով: Այդ
չվերթների տոմսերն արժեն 29 հազ.դրամ, առանց տուրքերի: Այդ ուղղություններով նման
գներ երբեք չեն եղել», - նշել է Ավետիսյանը:


 


Երևան-Դուբայ ուղղությամբ գները մինչև վերջերս կազմում
էին 1200 դոլար, իոկ Air Armenia-ի` թռիչքների մասին հայտարարությունից հետո գները
նվազեցին մինչև 800 դոլար: «Եվ դա այն ժամանակ, երբ այդ բոլոր շուկաներում առկա էր
մրցակցությունը, մինչև շուկայում մեր հայտնվելը: Թող պրն.Խաչատրյանը բերի գոնե մեկ
օրինակ, երբ ավիատոմսերի գներն իջել են այդքան զգալի չափերով, մինչև մեր
ընկերության թռիչքները: Տեսականորեն, մրցակցություն կա նաև եվրոպական
ավիաընկերությունների միջև, բայց ես դեռ չեմ նկատել գների իջեցում: Վստահ եմ, որ
եթե Air Armenia հայտարարի դեպի Եվրոպա թռիչքների մասին, ապա հաշված ժամերի
ընթացքում գները կիջնեն: Հազիվ թե աշխարհում որևէ մեկը, հատկապես օտարերկրյա
ընկերությունները, հետաքրքրված են Հայաստանում տեղական ավիափոխադրող լինելով, քանի
որ հայկական շուկան նրանց համար «համեղ պատառ» է` իրենց բազային օդանավակայանների
«հաբ»-երը զարգացնելու համար: Ոմանք, առանց հասկանալու, կամ գուցե մտածված, ջուր
են լցնում օտարերկրյա ավիաընկերությունների ջրաղացին, կարծիքներ հայտնելով, որ
Հայաստանին պետք չեն տեղական փոխադրողներ: Հույս չունենաք»,-նշել է Ավետիսյանը: Նա
ընդգծել է, որ հայ ավիափոխադրողից առավել ոչ ոք շահագրգռված չէ Հայաստանի տուրիզմի
և տնտեսության զարգացման մեջ: «Մենք արդեն 6 ամիս է հստակ քայլեր ենք ձեռնարկում,
ֆինանսական միջոցներ ներդնելով Ռուսաստանից տուրիստների ներգրավմանը դեպի
Հայաստանի հանգստավայրերը: Արդեն կան առաջին «ծիծեռնակները»` դեպի Ծաղկաձոր,
դահուկային սեզոնին, և շատ կցանկանայի, որպեսզի դեպի Հայաստան տուրիստների
ներգրավման առումով Air Armenia-ի ձեռքբերումները չվերագրվեն «բաց երկրնքի»
քաղաքականությանը: Ըստ ինձ, ամեն ինչ ընթանում է այնպես, որպեսզի Հայաստանն
ընդհանրապես չունենա արտաքին աշխարհի հետ իրեն կապող որևէ սեփական
ենթակառուցվածք»,-ասել է ընկերության ղեկավարը, հավելելով, որ McKensey
խորհրդատվական ընկերության առաջարկների և «բաց երկնքի» քաղաքականության առումով
Air Armenia-ն համաձայնվել է տալ առանձին հարցազրույց:


 



Նշենք,
որ Air Armenia ընկերությունն իր ուղին սկսել է 2003 թվականին, բացառապես որպես
օդային բեռնափոխադրող ընկերություն, և միայն Արմավիայի սնանկացումից հետո սրընթաց
կերպով մուտք գործեց օդային ուղևորափոխադրումների շուկա: Առաջին ուղևորատար
չարտերային չվերթն ընկերությունն իրականացրեց հոկտեմբերի 23-ին, դեպի Դոնի Ռոստով,
իսկ առաջին կանոնավոր չվերթը` հոկտեմբերի 27-ին, դեպի Մոսկվա: Ներկայումս
ընկերությունն ունի 2 ինքնաթիռ` Boeing
737-500 և Airbus320: Ֆլոտի ընդլայնումն ակնկալվում է
2014 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում, իսկ մինչև 2014 թվականի ավարտն ընկերությունը
պլանավորել է իր պարկն ընդլայնել, հասցնելով 5 ինքնաթիռի:
